Therapy, at your pace
Therapy doesn't have to mean something is "wrong" with you. Sometimes you just need a place to slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and have someone in your corner. I offer individualized therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, creating a space where you can show up as you are and work toward where you'd like to be.

Who I Work With
Kids & Teens (10+)
Growing up isn't always easy and sometimes big feelings come with being little (or not-so-little) anymore. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space for kids and teens to feel heard, make sense of what they're experiencing, build new skills, and navigate the ups and downs of growing up.

What Therapy Looks Like
So... what happens in therapy?
There isn't a one-size-fits-all formula for therapy. We'll start by getting to know you, understanding what's bringing you in, and talking about what you'd like to be different. From there, we'll work together to figure out what approaches and strategies make sense for you.

My Approach
Therapy should feel human
There isn't a one-size-fits-all formula for therapy. We'll start by getting to know you, understanding what's bringing you in, and talking about what you'd like to be different. From there, we'll work together to figure out what approaches and strategies make sense for you.

For Parents: What Therapy Looks Like for Children
When your child comes to therapy, depending on age and needs, therapy may involve:
-
Art/creative activities
-
Emotion identification
-
Coping skills
-
Behavioral strategies
-
Conversation
-
Parent involvement
-
Collaboration with caregivers when appropriate
Children don't always have the words to explain what's going on inside.
Sometimes they show us through play, behavior, emotions, and the ways they interact with the world. Therapy gives them a space to express, explore, and build skills in ways that make sense for them.
For Parents: What Therapy Looks Like
for Teens
A space that's actually theirs
Adolescence can be a lot. Between school, friendships, family, identity, expectations, and figuring out who you are, there's plenty to navigate. Therapy provides teens with a space where they can talk openly, feel heard, and explore what's going on without feeling like they're being lectured or judged.

For Adults
You don't have to have it all figured out

-
Feeling stuck
-
Anxiety
-
Major transitions
-
Relationship difficulties
-
Burnout/overwhelm
-
Understanding themselves better
-
Patterns they want to change
-
Processing difficult experiences
